Ok, so summer is driving me insane. I don't have enough to do, and I do go find things to do. Why? I don't know.

It's weird not having Nikki and Chris in town for times like this. I've come to just expect them to be around. So I was never really bored before. Or if so, I wasn't lonely at least. They live in Tulsa now, and Mikel has been in Ardmore for the past few days visiting his family for fathers day. So its just been me.

I have watched more TV in the past few days then I have in a VERY long time. I can't say that I like it.

Bright side of this week, Amie is coming to visit! She's driving down, so she's leaving tomorrow (Monday) and should be available sometime Tuesday. I'll have to make a trip down to Tulsa midweek to visit (if she doesn't come up here).

I feel the need for another excursion from the state, but I don't know what to do. I won't have enough cash to go to Boston, I don't think, and even Green bay may have to wait (I want to visit Heather). I might take a cheaper route and visit Kansas City (never been) or another weekend trip to Dallas perhaps?

Dinner tonight is a fluffnutter sandwich. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's a peanut butter and marshmellow fluff sandwich. It's quite tasty. I am, however, regretting not buying some nutella tonight. A nice hazlenut would be great with this too I think (well without the peanut butter anyway)

I'm running on 4'ish hours of sleep today, so I've been taking it easy. I just hope to stay awake for another 2 hours or so and then pass out into a blissful rest until tomorrow morning.

I managed to find a few recipes in my greek cookbook that I want to make (damn greeks and putting meat in everything). They have some tasty lentil recipes I want to try.
